The duo of Lemao and Mlenga have made South Africa proud on the first day of the Championships in Nairobi and with the second day of the Championships underway there is an air of expectancy from all South Africans.

Lemao and Mlenga still have to compete in the 200m event and one can argue that this is their favoured event and with the high they both find themselves in, they just might produce something special.

Let’s continue to support the SA team filled with future championships!!
